Abstract

The structure, implementation, and perceived efficacy of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) procedures in healthcare organizations in India and Dubai are all examined in this comparative study. The study examines legislative mandates, common pay components, benefit packages, transparency, and perceived sufficiency of compensation using a mixed-methods approach (structured survey of doctors and HR professionals, document review, and regulatory analysis). In addition to implications for recruiting, retention, and overall incentive design in each market, the findings are anticipated to highlight regulatory-driven variations (such as Dubai's mandated health insurance and end-of-service perks) and developing reforms in India (such as the consequences of the Social Security Code). There are suggestions for legislators and HR professionals.
